Adding your users

Adding your users

The first step to create your secure environment is adding users to the Instasafe SDP solution.


Step 1:

To start adding your users, click on ‘users’ under ‘Identity Management’




Step 2:

Click on the add icon right side of the page.


Step 3:

Configure the add user window then click on the add user button.


Name: Enter the name of the user. The name should be more than three characters and less than 30 characters and it cannot contain any special characters.

Email: Enter the email id of the user. This email id is used for username and reset password. It should be unique for every user.

Phone number: Phone number is used to set OTP authentication
