Uninstall the ISA App from Windows
This Article provides guidance on how to uninstall the ISA App from Windows
Step 1: Exit the ISA App
In case the ISA App is still running, 'Disconnect' and 'Exit' from the Notifications Area of the Taskbar.
Step 2: Uninstall the ISA App
Navigate to the InstaSafe Folder on the Windows system
Windows 64 Bit path: C:\Program Files (x86)\InstaSafe\
Windows 32 Bit path: C:\ProgramFiles\InstaSafe\
Run the file Uninstall.exe. Elevated Admin privileges would most likely be required.
Click on 'Uninstall' to proceed.
Click on 'Close' to complete.
Alternatively, the ISA App could be uninstalled from Programs and Features in Control Panel.
The ISA App could also be silently uninstalled using a batch script:
@echo off
"c:\Program Files (x86)\InstaSafe\Uninstall.exe" /S
"c:\Program Files\InstaSafe\Uninstall.exe" /S
In case you are unable to uninstall the ISA App by following these steps, please contact your organization's IT Team.
