ISA Portal Login Error "User account is suspended"
This Article highlights the steps to be taken in case users are unable to login to the ISA Portal and error message is "User account is suspended"
Issue
On attempting to login to the InstaSafe Secure Access (ISA) Portal, an error message is received: "User account is suspended"
This error message is seen when the User is suspended in the ISA Management Console.
For Users
Please contact your organization's IT Team for assistance.
For Admins
In order to permit a Suspended User to login to the ISA Portal and ISA App, the User Profile would need to be activated in the ISA Console
Locate the User Profile and click 'Activate'
Select 'Yes, Activate It!'
