Using the Forgot Password option (Password Reset for Local Users)

This Article provided guidance in case you forgot your ISA Password and are unable to login to the ISA Portal or the ISA App.
The Forgot Password option only works for users provisioned Locally in the ISA Management Console.

If you use Domain credentials to login to the ISA Portal and ISA App, it means that your User Profile associated with ISA is AD/LDAP synced. In this case please contact your organization's IT Team for assistance with resetting your password.

Navigate to the ISA Portal specific to your organization



Click on 'Forgot Password?'
Enter your Username and complete the Captcha Verification



Click on 'Send'
ISA Usernames are case sensitive and must be entered accordingly. If you are unsure of the Username, please contact your organization's IT Team for assistance.
The instructions to reset your password will be sent to your registered Email Address. If you do not receive this Email for some reason, please contact your organization's IT Team for assistance.

If you are an Admin of the organization's ISA Account and need assistance, contact InstaSafe Support
