Uninstalling the InstaSafe Gateway Agent

This article describes the method to uninstall the ISA Gateway Agent software from Windows Server.

  1. Login into the server using administrator credentials.
  2. Open Programs and Features from Control Panel
  3. Select InstaSafe.



  1. Click Uninstall/Change.


  1.  In the Uninstall InstaSafe window, click Uninstall.


  1. Click Close.


  1. Make sure the InstaSafe folder is deleted under C:\Program Files (x86)


In the event you are unable to uninstall InstaSafe Gateway Agent by following these steps, contact your organization's IT Team. 

If you are an administrator of the organization's ISA Account and need assistance, contact InstaSafe Support
