InstaSafe SDP supports provisioning users and authenticating users by multiple methods, which are listed below:
1. Password: A password is a string of characters used to verify the identity of a user during the authentication process.
2. SAML: Security Assertion Markup Language is an open standard for exchanging authentication and authorization data between parties, in particular, between an identity provider and a service provider. SAML is an XML-based markup language for security assertions.
3. OAuth: OAuth is an open standard for access delegation, commonly used as a way for Internet users to grant websites or applications access to their information on other websites but without giving them the passwords.
4.OTP: A one-time password (OTP) is an automatically generated numeric or alphanumeric string of characters that authenticates the user for a single transaction or login session.
5. Behavioral Authentication: Behavior-based security is a proactive approach to managing security incidents that involve monitoring end-user devices, networks and servers in order to flag or block suspicious activity. Traditionally, security management has been signature-oriented.
6.Captcha: A CAPTCHA is a type of challenge-response test used in computing to determine whether or not the user is human.
7.Questions: A security question is a form of the shared secret used as an authenticator.
