Post installation, on attempting to configure the ISA App on Microsoft Windows devices, an error message is received "Error fetching user configuration. This could be due to Internet connectivity issues".
This error is typically seen when the Username provided is incorrect. Usernames are case-sensitive and must be entered accordingly.
