            InstaSafe Agent fails to connect with error "Certificate Verify failed"

            InstaSafe Agent fails to connect with Error Message (in InstaSafe log file) "Certificate Verify failed"


            The Lines marked in RED in the InstaSafe log file indicates incorrect date and time on the Client machine where InstaSafe Agent is running.

            InstaSafe log for windows machine can be found as follows :
            Windows 64 Bit: 
            C:\Program Files (x86)\InstaSafe\log 
            Windows 32 Bit: 
            C:\ProgramFiles\InstaSafe\log

            2018-11-27 14:42:40 TLS_ERROR: BIO read tls_read_plaintext error: error:14090086:SSL routines:SSL3_GET_SERVER_CERTIFICATE:certificate verify failed

            2018-11-27 14:42:40 TLS Error: TLS object -> incoming plaintext read error

            2018-11-27 14:42:40 TLS Error: TLS handshake failed

            2018-11-27 14:42:40 SIGUSR1[soft,tls-error] received, process restarting


            Fix : 

            Configure the correct time and date in the Client machine where InstaSafe is running.
