End of Support for ISA User Agents on Windows 7

End of Support for ISA User Agents on Windows 7

We are permanently removing support for ISA User Agents running on Microsoft Windows 7, both 32-bit and 64-bit versions, effective from 30th Apr’22.

End of support means that InstaSafe will not fix bugs related to agents running on Windows 7 (32-bit and 64-bit) and no new features will be available for use. We are making this decision to reduce development and support efforts on older OS versions and speed up our ability to deliver market-driver features.

All Windows 7 (32 & 64 bit) computers using ISA User Agents must be upgraded to higher versions of Windows OS for better performance and reliability.
